We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the Multi-Sport and Training Brand Marketing efforts in New York City. The ideal candidate should have an unrivaled understanding and deep passion for the city's dynamic sports environment, with expertise spanning across Football, Baseball, Tennis, and Golf as well as understanding the training landscape. This candidate should be a consumer obsessed marketer, a team-first collaborator, energy-giving partner, and brand innovator with an openness to learn. As part of our New York City Brand Marketing team, the role will report to the NYC Sr. Director of Brand Marketing. Qualified candidates should have experience leading brand strategy, orchestrating cross-channel marketing plans, navigating partnerships with athletes, leagues, training network and community organizations, and brilliantly executing seasonal activations across the city. Should posses a comprehensive understanding of the multi-sports calendar and display sharp insights into the interest and motivations of the NYC teen athlete. A keen awareness of nuances and intricacies of the NYC sports communities is essential, alongside the ability to lead multiple projects across a matrixed organization. Must have a deep understanding the nuances of sports across the five boroughs and how to tap into and serve our HS teen athlete across our major sports networks. While bringing in key partners and influencers to build authentic experiences for our consumers.
