About The Position

The Senior Manager, Sports Insights & Analytics translates data and research into clear, actionable insight that informs business decisions and represents the player perspective. This role partners with product, marketing, and commercial teams to proactively shape strategy and support key gaming objectives, including player migration, retention, and engagement. The title focus is on WWE 2K & PGA Tour 2K. This is a senior, self-directed role requiring strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to independently drive work from question to recommendation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or research roles supporting marketing, product, or commercial teams.
  • Strong data fluency, including the ability to analyse information, interpret charts, and create clear visualisations.
  • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research best practices.
  • Proven ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data and insight.
  • Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with minimal guidance.
  • Business acumen within the video game industry, including understanding of player behavior, engagement, retention, and migration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within the Sports gaming, and/or the broader video game industry preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with player-, consumer-, or audience-centric decision making is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own insight projects from initial question through synthesis, recommendation, and presentation.
  • Combine multiple data sources into clear, coherent narratives that support decision-making.
  • Exercise judgment in identifying the most important insights and how best to communicate them.
  • Champion the player perspective in business discussions, both proactively and in support of cross-functional teams.
  • Create and present clear, slide-based stories tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Act as a trusted insights partner to product, marketing, and commercial teams.
