As a Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance & Ethics, you’ll lead strategy implementation and execution that helps the business anticipate and respond to environmental regulation and policy expectations. This role sits at the intersection of environmental compliance, ethics, and regulatory change and facility level execution —translating complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance. You’ll partner with senior leaders to identify risk, close compliance gaps, and support responsible, sustainable operations while protecting customers, associates, and the company. The Specialty Compliance & Ethics team supports the business by monitoring regulatory change, strengthening compliance programs, and promoting ethical operations across the enterprise. Within this team, environmental compliance plays a critical role in helping the company meet evolving environmental, sustainability, and regulatory obligations. This position partners closely with Operations, Home Office Environmental Compliance and Legal stakeholders to assess emerging requirements, evaluate business impact, drive environmental policies and procedures, and support effective implementation and communication across the organization. What you'll do... Support environmental compliance and ethics by monitoring environmental laws, regulations, and emerging policy issues and coordinating with Home office subject matter experts. Manage environmental legislation and regulatory assessments, including prioritization, forecasting, and gap analysis. Support operations with Environmental program execution including but not limited to facility level training, Regulatory contact support and Root Cause analysis to issues found. Analyze data, develop reports, and communicate environmental compliance findings to senior leadership. Develop associates and drive projects while reinforcing a culture of integrity, accountability, and belonging. What you’ll bring… Experience leading environmental compliance, regulatory change management, or environmental policy programs across a multi-facility organization. Strong capability in environmental regulatory research, impact assessment, and policy interpretation. Ability to synthesize environmental compliance data and trends into clear insights for senior leaders. Demonstrated people leadership and cross‑functional influence in complex, regulated environments.
