About the Role: Reporting to the Chief of Staff for Global Workforce Skills and Talent Readiness, this role serves as a strategic partner in the Executive Office, driving execution on high-priority initiatives and ensuring organizational accountability across our most critical workstreams. As part of the Global Learning and Development (GLD) organization, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting our mission to pioneer AI skilling and talent readiness for 3 million learners worldwide. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at executive-level communication, and can independently take problems from identification through to solution. About Our Team: GLD is on a mission to drive platform revenue and product adoption by building the AI-ready workforce the world needs and our strategy demands.
