Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military or Police Service required
  • Security certification including CPP, PSP, or PSC required
  • 4+ years Recent physical security management experience required
  • 4+ years’ Experience developing, managing, and facilitating physical security projects, including integrating electronic card access and CCTV systems across multiple locations required
  • 2+ years Security Program development and budgeting required

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years Physical security management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Physical Security SME, developing and implementing standards, technologies, and practices across all facilities.
  • Manages security programs to protect Swire Coca-Cola assets and associates.
  • Proactively identifies and mitigates company risks and losses, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Builds relationships with internal leaders and external law enforcement and security partners.
  • Collaborates on security enhancements, construction projects, and their operational rollout.
  • Maintains databases for investigations, projects, programs, and bulletins.
  • Designs, budgets, and presents strategic plans in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Tracks and reports performance metrics, trends, and benchmarks.
  • Establishes and maintains industry contacts to share best practices.
  • Keeps management informed of key achievements, challenges, and concerns, adhering to company policies.
  • Upholds ethical standards, works independently, and exercises sound judgment.
  • Conducts facility visits for security due diligence and training; investigates reports, and develops mitigation plans for risks and losses.
