Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing, supply chain, or merchandising (minimum 3 years).
• Strong analytical skills and a track record in supplier relationship management.
• Expertise in category management, negotiation, and produce industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel 10%–30% to visit growers and suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area.
• 6 years’ experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the produce industry, sourcing, retail, and cost negotiation.
• Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related area.
• Procurement in a retail environment.
• Raw material and commodity procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for produce, managing budgets and driving profitable growth.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners.
• Influence key decisions on replenishment, supply chain, assortment, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Product Development to design and launch new Private Brand products.
• Serve as a category expert, anticipating trends and opportunities in produce sourcing.
