We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to lead and optimize our direct procurement strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing key supplier relationships for raw materials, components, or products critical to our operations. Your goal will be to ensure the highest quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity, contributing to the overall success of our business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, operations, technology, or a related field.
5+ years of procurement or direct sourcing experience, preferably within [industry].
Strong track record in supplier management and cost-saving initiatives.
Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and financial analysis.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
