Members collaborate across functions to deliver robust AI/ML-integrated systems, ensuring architectural alignment and operational excellence. The team fosters continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and adherence to best practices in software architecture. Requirements

Extensive experience leading platform-level software engineering initiatives, including AI/ML system integration and scalable infrastructure development.
Proven expertise in software architecture, solution design, and full software development lifecycle management across multiple teams.
Strong technical leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
Demonstrated ability to drive DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to align engineering efforts with business goals.
Sound technical judgment with a commitment to quality, security, and operational excellence.
Adaptability to evolving technologies and complex system environments.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
