The Sr Manager, Social Impact and President, 7-Eleven Cares Foundation, provides strategic leadership and operational management of 7-Eleven's comprehensive social impact and philanthropy agenda, including full oversight of the 7-Eleven Cares Foundation. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing social impact initiatives, Foundation grantmaking activities, and strategic plans that align with the company's ESG Vision, business objectives, and philanthropic mission. The position serves as the primary voice and representative of the Foundation, working closely with the VP-ESG, EVP-Chief People & Sustainability Officer, Foundation Board of Directors, functional leaders, investment advisors, philanthropic partners, franchisees, and key vendors to position 7-Eleven as a foundational community partner and responsible corporate citizen. Accountability: The Sr Manager, 7-Eleven Social Impact and President, 7-Eleven Cares Foundation works closely with functional leaders, investment advisors, philanthropic partners, key vendors and staff.
