About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Service & Delivery to join our team to play a central role in elevating our Customer Service and Transportation capabilities as Torani continues to grow. We are moving towards becoming a $1B business by 2030 and experiencing rapid growth across our teams and operations! Overseeing two critical functions, Customer Service and Transportation, you will be responsible for building team capability, strengthening processes, improving customer experience, and enhancing transportation performance and cost efficiency. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading customer service and transportation operations in a high-volume food, beverage, or consumer goods environment, including people leadership
  • Proven expertise in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carrier relationships, transportation performance, contracts, and budget
  • Experience leading large-scale implementations and driving improvements to systems and tools that enhance customer service and transportation execution.
