You will set ambitious goals, cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and scale leadership capability to support sustained organizational growth. Requirements

  • Deep experience in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid provider-focused solutions
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects and managing services operations; PMP and/or ITIL4 certification preferred
  • Strong experience managing software development teams across the full SDLC with excellent written and verbal communication, including executive and client-facing presentations
  • Success operating within complex, matrixed organizational environments
  • Expertise in managing and strengthening executive-level client relationships with exceptional strategic, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
