Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Manager 2, Segment Finance to lead financial strategy and performance management for our partnership with Lehigh Valley Health Network. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with Sodexo leadership and client stakeholders to deliver financial insights and analytics that support strategic decision-making and operational success across the health system. This position offers a hybrid work environment with approximately 75% remote flexibility. Candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance are preferred to support periodic on-site engagement, client-facing collaboration, and a strong understanding of operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or related areas
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound financial recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Access databases and other Microsoft Office tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to operational leadership
  • Analyze operational expenditures and identify opportunities for standardization and cost efficiencies
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including contract reconciliations
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial reports, including key performance indicators and budget variance analysis
  • Identify and recommend performance improvement opportunities across the health system
  • Develop financial models and tools to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and client leadership to enhance financial performance and operational outcomes
