We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Manager to lead our security strategy and governance across SAP landscapes. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring robust security controls, regulatory compliance, and a high-performing team culture. What you'll be doing:

Requirements

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
12+ overall years of professional experience with SAP
6+ years direct people management experience
6+ years in SAP Security administration, with at least 3 years in GRC Access Control.
Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering security solutions.
In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC components (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), role design, and SoD principles.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX).

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and cloud applications.
In depth knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM).
Demonstrated work history with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Experience with Encryption, masking techniques, and incident response planning.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Security Strategy: Define and enforce security standards for S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW, and integrated applications.
Manage GRC Controls: Oversee SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) for risk analysis, SoD conflict resolution, and elevated access monitoring.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain SOX compliance and internal audit readiness with zero critical findings.
Manage Sensitive Data: Protect NVIDIA sensitive data across SAP systems and ensure compliance with corporate security and privacy policies.
Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline access management processes and optimize security workflows.
People Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of SAP security analysts and GRC specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with business process owners, compliance teams, and auditors to align security controls with organizational objectives.
