Responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of an overall sales plan, marketing for trade segments, and local partnerships that drive awareness and demand for Universal Kids Resort (UKR) theme park and hotel. Focused on the Frisco market to establish and maintain strong sales plans and incentive programs. Partners with key Universal Destinations and Experiences (UDX) Marketing & Sales departments to support cross-departmental planning to ensure alignment with all origins and segments to elevate the presence and positioning of UKR within the local Frisco and regional theme park markets. Drives hotel occupancy through targeted sales initiatives in partnership with Hotel Operations and with local Frisco events, conventions, and families with children. Ensures alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue goals across UKR's attractions, shows, and the on-site hotel.
