We are looking for a driven and passionate Sr. Manager, Sales - ZoomInfo Operations to join our world-class sales team. If you are ready to take a team of mission-driven sales professionals to the next level, we want to speak with you! The Sr. Manager, Sales - ZI Operations will be part of our Emerging Products Organization focusing primarily on our data quality and operations product suite, including RingLead. This highly visible position will be responsible for leading a team of Overlay Product Specialist Reps delivering new business growth and incremental revenue within the Customer base. You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, Emerging Products, and collaborate closely with peer sales managers across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience and 3+ years sales management/leadership experience
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
  • A general understanding of ZoomInfo offerings
  • Ability to communicate with, present to, and influence all levels of an organization
  • Job requires some travel to companies for in person meetings

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling Go-To-Market solutions is highly preferred
  • Experience with B2B Data, Data Quality & Hygiene, Marketing Operations or Sales Operations, or business intelligence tools - Salesforce, LeanData, D&B, ZoomInfo, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of overlay sales specialists focused on ZoomInfo Operations/RingLead products
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, manage pipeline and forecasting, and provide ongoing coaching development to drive individual and team success
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Own and deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets for ZI Operations product line
  • Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management across the team
  • Monitor key performance metrics including win rates, deal velocity, ASP, and quota attainment
  • Identify and remove obstacles to deal progression and closure
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales Operations, Marketing, SDR leadership, and product teams to align sales initiatives with enterprise market demands
  • Recruit & Onboard High-Caliber Talent: Build a world-class team by attracting, hiring, and retaining top-performing enterprise sales professionals
  • Define team objectives to enable achievement of daily, weekly, monthly and, quarterly targets
  • Coach Account Executives through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting in recurring 1:1’s
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Travel to client locations to meet with potential customers
