Job Summary: Sun Pharma is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Technology Enablement within the U.S. Commercial IT function. This role strengthens our CRM ecosystem, field effectiveness tools, digital engagement capabilities, and data-driven insights across Sales, Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), Market Access, and Patient Services stakeholders. The role focuses on enhancing CRM capabilities, enabling omnichannel field execution, and ensuring that commercial teams have the right tools and insights to operate effectively in an evolving access environment. Commercial IT at Sun Pharma is responsible for: CRM, Sales Force Effectiveness, and digital engagement platforms Data Management, Business Intelligence, and field analytics Commercial technology strategy, integrations, and governance AI/ML adoption and emerging technology enablement Partnership with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Digital teams Oversight of platform vendors, SaaS solutions, and digital delivery partners
