We continue to invest in growing our teams to support this traction, and are hiring for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Sales team. We aren’t just selling radios; we are building the digital foundation for the 80% of the global workforce that doesn't work at a desk. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Enablement team as the second member. In this role, you won’t just be following a playbook—you’ll be helping to write it. You will partner directly with our Director of Sales Enablement to build a world-class revenue engine. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" individual contributor role where you will influence everything from the initial onboarding experience to ongoing readiness programs. You will be in the trenches with our AEs and SDRs, building the battlecards, talk tracks, and micro-learnings they need to win. You’ll work directly with the Director, Sales Enablement, to identify friction points in the sales process and deploy creative solutions to resolve them.
