About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Sales Data Products (Group Sales) plays a critical role in Marriott’s Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization by developing data solutions that enable B2B sales strategies for groups business travel. This role focuses on delivering account-level insights, CRM integration, and performance tracking to optimize sales engagement and drive revenue growth. As the product leader for group sales data capabilities, this position partners with sales, CRM, and analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable data solutions. Through agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration, the Sr. Manager ensures data products support personalized engagement, compliance with governance standards, and continuous improvement in sales performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales analytics, CRM data, or product management
  • Strong understanding of group and corporate travel sales strategy and performance metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems, segmentation, and account-level analytics
  • Skilled in Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Translate B2B sales needs into data product requirements and use cases
  • Build and manage user stories, dashboards, and account performance flows
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver insights
  • Monitor group and corporate business metrics and build reports for optimization
  • Document sales data processes and ensure governance compliance
  • Support UAT and system demos for sales analytics enhancements
  • Partner with Product Owner to align backlog priorities with sales goals
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
  • Promote agile delivery and continuous improvement in sales data capabilities
  • Ensure data products support personalized engagement and performance tracking
