About The Position

The Senior Manager of Safety – Supply Chain Support is responsible for leading and overseeing safety initiatives and projects across the Supply Chain. This role focuses on proactively addressing top risk areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the implementation of new processes, equipment, and designs to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Requirements

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Adaptability and results-driven focus.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, occupational health and safety, industrial engineering, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in safety program management.

Nice To Haves

  • CSP or ASP Certifications.
  • Prior work experience in safety management and ergonomic assessment tools and software.
  • Prior work experience in safety principles, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement safety projects across Supply Chain operations.
  • Conduct facility inspections and audits to identify and address hazards.
  • Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams on safety initiatives.
  • Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Support new process rollouts, equipment installs, and facility changes with safety reviews.
