This role is responsible for developing and executing advanced RGM strategies, driving profitable growth, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Manager will mentor and guide the RGM Managers, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion capability-building initiatives across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or related roles within the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and travel as needed to company locations and other sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the RGM team, including direct supervision of RGM Managers and Leads.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive RGM strategies to optimize pricing, promotion, and product mix.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure RGM initiatives are integrated with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development for RGM Managers and team members.
  • Present RGM insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the RGM function.
  • Liaise with CCBSS and The Coca-Cola Company to ensure alignment of RGM strategies, share best practices, and leverage resources for optimal business outcomes.
  • Support the Vice President of Capabilities and RGM in strategic planning and special projects.
