PolyAI automates customer service through lifelike voice assistants that let customers lead a conversation. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world’s leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows. PolyAI is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Systems to own the GTM technology stack that powers our revenue organization. This is a foundational role for how we scale. You'll bring architectural clarity to our systems, tell us honestly what's broken or redundant, and drive the rebuild and optimization needed to support a high-growth enterprise sales motion. Salesforce is the center of our GTM systems. Around it sits a suite of tools (Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, and others) that need to work together cleanly and earn their place. You'll have real agency in shaping what that looks like, working closely with RevOps and GTM leadership to recommend, decide, and execute. This isn't a role for someone who maintains what exists. It's for someone who questions whether what exists is right, has a clear point of view on what "good" looks like, and drives the team to get there. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.
