About The Position

The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations at Auterion is responsible for architecting, enhancing, and leading our best-in-class revenue engine. In this role, you will partner with business leaders across all GTM functions to ensure that data and analysis flows seamlessly across tools and workflows, driving clear value narratives at every stage in the customer journey. This role is as strategic as it is tactical: you will be responsible for translating Auterion’s GTM strategy and customer journey into a backend revenue system architecture that drives growth, profitability, and scale. You will have the opportunity to build a small team and play a crucial role in the evolution of Auterion’s CRM, including implementation of new tooling and development of executive reports and dashboards to enable business performance management.

Requirements

Proven experience in a revenue operations role; 5+ years of experience in systems architecture ensuring data moves freely across sales and marketing systems
Experience architecting a robust and actionable CRM instance (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar systems
Experience with BI Tools (Tableau or Looker) and RevOps tools (Gong, Clari, 6sense, or others)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Experience tracking revenue pipeline and commissions in an enterprise contracts business model
US Citizenship required
Ability to travel, estimated at 10% of total time

Nice To Haves

Government, defense or aerospace industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Own all aspects of revenue operations and systems strategy, tooling, and integrations across marketing, sales, operations and finance
Partner with business leadership to operationalize and scale workflows, especially with regard to pipeline analysis, tracking, automation efforts and customer contracting
Facilitate leadership discussions including sales performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and sales forecasts; prepare analytical and briefing materials to support executive & board conversations
Drive data quality, accessibility, and CRM hygiene; stand up ongoing KPI and reporting processes
Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent; build a high performance team capable of scaling with the growth of the company
