As HumanInterest scales for its next phase of exponential growth, we are seeking a strategic, visionary, and people-centric Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement. This is a high-impact leadership role designed to architect the learning infrastructure that powers our entire Go-To-Market (GTM) engine—spanning Sales, Partners, and CustomerSupport. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Enablement & Operations, you will lead a multi-tiered organization, directly managing a team of on-site trainers while also overseeing a remote Manager, Revenue Enablement Programs and her respective team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bring your deep experience in building enablement programs at scale to ensure our teams are equipped for success at every stage of the customer journey. We are specifically looking for a leader who has a proven track record of enabling Customer Support organizations, ensuring they have the specialized training and tools needed to provide a world-class experience to our clients. Acting as a strategic thought leader, you'll drive the vision for how we onboard, upskill, and coach our teams. This is a role for a leader who can think big-picture about organizational design but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and collaborate extensively with Revenue, Support, and Marketing leaders.
