Job Location Type Remote - The Senior Manager, Restaurant PMO will act as a project leader across several critical initiatives within DINE’s portfolio of owned and franchised restaurants. While specific projects are likely to evolve over time to match business needs, key initial responsibilities will include: Using Salesforce to maintain new restaurant opening pipeline including tracking and forecasting based upon development milestones Collaborate with franchisees, market planning, architecture and design, construction, operations, training, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of new restaurant openings Monitor project timelines, scope, risks, related to new restaurant openings to proactively address issues and mitigate delays Track and report on new restaurant opening performance metrics to leadership, providing insights and recommendations These projects will require significant agility, the ability to be highly self-directed, and a comfort in working cross-functionally across a wide range of teams, leaders, and topics. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be needed to effectively coordinate with the wide array of internal and external stakeholders as well as keeping leadership informed. This role will have the opportunity to work across all of DINE’s brands, and this leader must be willing to dive deeply into the nuances of each brand to ensure success of their initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent, broad ranging communication skills – both written and verbal. The right leader will have the ability to lead a presentation in a boardroom as well as provide detailed direction to cross-functional partners
  • Outstanding organizational skills and detail orientation with the ability to stay on top of several complex projects at once and not lose sight of the details
  • Independent self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results on time and on budget with minimal oversight
  • Results oriented leader who will take personal responsibility for achieving project results
  • Adaptable leader who thrives under high pressure, tight deadlines, and can manage multiple workstreams in parallel
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including ample experience running cross-functional projects
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for experience with projects involving construction, real estate, and restaurants
  • Track record of managing multi-location or large scale chain development projects preferred
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
