The Sr. Manager, PMO is responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling PMO within the Professional Services organization at Clutch. This role ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of customer implementations by driving project governance, delivery excellence, resource optimization, and continuous improvement across all services engagements. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can design and execute repeatable delivery frameworks while also partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support growth, margin, and customer outcomes. About the Team Our Professional Services team is a fast-paced team who implements the Clutch platform for our Credit Union customers. We gather requirements, build out the platform to their specifications, work with them to test and ensure it works as intended, and then set them live so they can realize value. We’re a team with a bias for Customer Success - our top metric isn’t setting customers live (though we do plenty of that), it’s ensuring their success through renewal and expansion.
