Wunderkind Ads is looking for a top-performing Senior Manager (Team Lead), Programmatic Accounts to support and grow our programmatic partnerships across the Eastern United States. This role will work closely with our existing business team to retain and expand agency, trading desk, brand, and DSP accounts across the region. We are looking for a highly experienced programmatic leader with a proven track record of driving retention, expanding revenue within strategic accounts, and building strong client relationships. In addition to managing a portfolio of key partnerships, this role will act as a player-coach, providing mentorship and guidance to Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, helping scale best practices and elevate team performance. This role is not a 'full line manager'. You will carry your own book of business, adapted to allow you to support escalations and coach other Managers & Senior Managers within your pod. This role is perfect for the experience Programmatic Manager/Senior Manager, who is proven in their commercial acumen and industry knowledge, but looking for an opportunity to grow their career over the coming years. We'll expect strong control of escalations, infallible stakeholder management and nuanced commercial acumen. You will be given tremendous responsibility early on, immediately start building a network of relationships with leading agencies and partners, and have the opportunity to directly contribute to the continued growth of Wunderkind as a key player in the programmatic ecosystem.
