About The Position

The Senior Manager, Real Estate plays a key role in driving Wingstop’s growth by leading market development efforts and optimizing the real estate pipeline across Brand Partner portfolios. You will lead and develop a team of Real Estate Managers while partnering cross-functionally to improve pipeline visibility, streamline processes, and accelerate site approvals. Leveraging your expertise in site selection and market planning, you will support Brand Partners in executing their development commitments. Your work will directly impact Wingstop’s ability to scale efficiently, strengthen market presence, and achieve its long-term global growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Real Estate Managers to support market growth and execution against development goals
  • Oversee Brand Partner portfolios as they relate to real estate strategy, site selection, and development pipeline performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Franchise Sales, Construction, Design, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to improve pipeline visibility, decision-making, and process efficiency
  • Guide and influence Brand Partners through the site selection process, ensuring alignment with market strategy, brand standards, and development commitments
  • Evaluate markets, trade areas, and individual sites using demographic, mapping, sales, and competitive data
  • Review site opportunities and provide recommendations based on market potential, cannibalization risk, access, visibility, and broader business strategy
  • Support the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual development forecasts and site approval updates
  • Track pipeline activity, maintain accurate reporting, and communicate risks, timing shifts, and opportunities to leadership
  • Drive consistency and accountability in real estate processes, tools, and reporting across the team
  • Build strong relationships with Brand Partners, brokers, developers, and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth objectives
