We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Senior Manager, Quality to lead regional quality systems across multiple photomask manufacturing sites in the United States and Europe. In this impact-driven role, you'll shape and elevate our quality performance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, internal standards, and semiconductor industry requirements. You will define and implement standardized processes, metrics, and best practices that improve product quality, enhance yield, and reduce customer quality events. You'll lead root-cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and data-driven improvement initiatives while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and customer teams across the region. This role also serves as a customer advocate and management representative for international quality standards, while developing and mentoring quality leaders to strengthen our culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
