The Sr Manager of QA supports the retailers overall program objectives through the management of the QA team and implementation of key QA processes. Manages relationships with retailer cross-functional teams, customers and manufacturers. Expected to demonstrate thought leadership of industry best practice and use that to review and provide adjustments to current processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies that align with the retailer’s objectives.
