The Senior Manager of Global Proposals will provide strategic leadership for proposal execution, response quality, and operational coordination across regions. This role ensures proposals are aligned with win strategy, customer priorities, and revenue goals, while driving improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and impact across the business. While the scope of the role is global, the majority of opportunity volume, ARR, and proposal demand originates in North America. As a result, the role works closely with US-based sales leadership and plays a critical part in supporting enterprise sales cycles and high-impact opportunities. This role is intentionally designed as a player/coach position. The Senior Manager will lead the proposal function and step in directly on complex, high-priority opportunities when needed. The role requires both hands-on proposal experience and the ability to guide and develop a global team.
