About You You are a stellar senior project manager who is super organized, has a keen eye for the details and has managed and assisted in complex construction projects from start to finish – on time and on budget. You’re good at building strong, trusting internal & external client relationships and have a knack for bringing the right people together to come up with innovative ideas and solutions. You love variety in your work and each day being different from the next. You will lead multi phased multi-year condo renovation projects working closely with the client to successful completion. Excellent communication and coordination skills will ensure success as well as a solid background in concrete construction and building facade renovations.

Requirements

• What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years in Design/Construction/Project Management related field.
• A solid background in corporate commercial real estate, property management, construction, and/or design
• Extensive knowledge of design process, construction and project management.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry specific software, i.e. Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit.
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead and direct a variety of vendors, provide critical thinking to problem solving.
• Familiar with business development strategies and harboring industry relationships

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will… Develop strong industry relationships internally and externally, doing a great job representing the Colliers project management brand.
• Will lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects working closely with the client to a successful completion Your Excellent communication and coordination skills will ensure success
• Establish a pathway to project success based upon key performance indexes as defined by the stakeholders.
• Oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from the initial project concept through final punch-list and close-out.
• Responsible for coordinating with several trades and working with the building tenants.
• Create the schedule/budget and “red flag” any possible deviations and resolve any issues as they arise.
• Carve out a key role in developing a local project management presence.
