Responsibilities include: Directs complex IT projects, taking full ownership of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develops detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Consults with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery of project outcomes. Acts as a top-level specialist to identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitors project progress, milestones, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and addressing any deviations or roadblocks that may arise. Fosters meaningful relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicates project status, expectations, and changes, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drives continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies, identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Executes post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and best practices, and leveraging insights to improve future project performance and contribute to organizational knowledge. Serves as a subject matter expert in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to junior project managers or team members.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years experience
