How you will make an impact The Senior Manager, Project Management leads and manages the planning, development, and execution of complex projects to support organizational priorities. This role ensures alignment of project objectives with business strategies, drives cross-functional collaboration, and applies project management best practices to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. The Senior Manager will oversee multiple projects concurrently and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards and processes. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects using PMO best practices, driving adoption of efficiency tools and best practices across and outside the PMO. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and deliverables in Smartsheet or other PM tools, ensuring project scope, assumptions, and authorizations are documented and managed. Identify risks, dependencies, and critical path activities; identify and develop mitigation strategies. Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders, including status reports and dashboards. Partner with Finance to manage project budgets and monitor spend. Support portfolio prioritization and contribute to strategic planning within the PMO. Organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes. Act as a liaison between functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals, facilitating decision-making and problem-solving across cross-functional teams. Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently. Build strong relationships with internal and external collaborators.
