As a Senior Manager, Project Manager, serving in the Program Manager (PgM) role on EPTech, you will drive strategy and coordinate execution on high priority projects for the company across the Enterprise Platforms Tech line of business. As part of this horizontal team, you will partner with different stakeholders to clarify objectives, align priorities, and deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills. This individual will have a high level of exposure across lines of business and the opportunity to work with tech leaders to create and implement innovative solutions, while mitigating potential risks to our technology ecosystem. General Responsibilities: Leverage problem solving and influence skills to lead moderate to large complex projects and programs. Design and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, adjusting to changing requirements. Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop and maintain a comprehensive and unified listing of active and future roadmap intent, enabling regular status updates with minimal administrative overhead. Ensure all work within the tower directly supports defined strategic goals and key priorities of the tower’s services and platforms. This includes providing clear insights into tower performance and capacity allocations to support and empower tower leaders. Advise on optimized methods and standards for delivery practices, processes, tooling and reporting that minimizes administrative overhead and increases actionable insights to drive value creation. Enable, govern and launch these standards. Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style Initial Focus Areas: Partner with product and tech leads to develop a centralized and local intake process to balance new intent requests against existing roadmap and capacity requirements. Partner with senior leaders to define metrics and track progress for OKRs, reporting risks and dependencies as needed to ensure successful delivery. Set and govern standards across the line of business to ensure visibility of "who is working on what”.
