Position Summary Looking for a highly motivated and team-oriented individual who will be accountable for designing models and reporting related to PBM financial, pricing, and analytics that will help to drive business results, with an exclusive focus on Meritain’s pharmacy product, Meritain Pharmacy Solutions. What you will do: The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the organization makes data‑driven decisions that support strategic goals. You will ensure that our analytics capabilities are robust, reliable, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Will be a key player in fostering a culture that drives decision‑making and innovation. Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Pharmacy Business Analytics area. Analyzes contracts, industry significant information (mostly regulations), data analyses, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for the Pharmacy Business Analytics area. Analyzes, researches, and articulates strategic opportunities. Applies rebate-based contracts and the financial formulary contract model based on their characteristics to accurately model rebate financials. Conducts written analysis on various scenarios to describe an understanding and anticipated potential design evolution and the potential impact on available financials. Works with internal and external partners to address issues related to formulary design, including utilization and drug spend trends. Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years prior work experience in business analytics, data management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Tableau Server.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Project management skills and/or training (PMP certification a plus).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships in a fast‑paced work environment across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with business and/or data processes.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage and/or lead complex data systems.
  • Ability to prioritize work and shift direction as business needs around them.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leading or managing large projects.
