About The Position
The Senior Program Manager will serve as a key leader within Sherwin-Williams’ Business Integrated Operating System (BIOS) transformation — a large-scale, multi-year ERP modernization program spanning global business units, manufacturing sites, and regional operations. This role is responsible for driving structured delivery, coordinating Solution and Deployment activities, overseeing Program governance processes, and ensuring on-time, quality execution of complex ERP-related workstreams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing large ERP programs
- Deep expertise in program planning
- Deep expertise in RAID governance
- Deep expertise in cross-functional coordination
- Deep expertise in executive communication
