About The Position

The Senior Manager Program Management oversees translating complex priorities into clear operating mechanisms and measurable outcomes, enabling leadership to make decisions and accelerate enterprise-wide impact. This exciting opportunity will expose you to the world of eCommerce and will work primarily with leaders in the Omni Fulfillment Experience and Innovation & Automation teams. The role is based out of Bentonville, Arkansas and reports to the Director of Program Management under the SVP of eCommerce Fulfillment Transformation. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You have demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-workstream transformation portfolios, aligning interconnected initiatives to strategic business outcomes and long-range operating plans. You have shown proven success leading initiatives across diverse functions, influencing without direct authority, and aligning senior stakeholders through structured governance forums. You have familiarity with deploying emerging technologies (AI, automation, digital platforms) to drive step-change improvements in operational performance and customer experience. You show strong capability to design executive-level dashboards, define KPIs, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, prioritization, and measurable business impact. You’ll make an impact by… Developing and maintaining KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting to track progress, identify risks/opportunities, and inform leadership decisions. Preparing materials and facilitate operating cadences (e.g., strategy meetings, transformation reviews), ensuring decisions are made quickly and commitments are tracked to completion. Evaluating program effectiveness, recommend optimizations, and help refine operating models, governance, and prioritization frameworks to increase speed and impact. Partnering with teams across eCommerce to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure seamless execution across interconnected initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities
