Requirements

12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience.
Strong background in project controls, cost/schedule analysis, or program management.
Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Implementing and maintaining the organization's Earned Value Management System.
Ensuring compliance with government or customer requirements (e.g., EIA-748 standard for EVMS).
Integrating cost, schedule, and technical performance data.
Training and supporting project teams in EVMS practices.
Analyzing project performance metrics and preparing earned value reports.
Supporting audits and reviews, such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) or DCMA compliance checks.
