Senior Manager of Professional Learning – New York City The Senior Manager of Professional Learning leads a team of Managers and Associate Managers, full-time Specialists, and in-direct reports of part-time consultants in supporting implementations and adoptions of all CA programs across each component of the Professional Learning journey. This includes developing and presenting implementation plans, delivering targeted professional learning to educators, analyzing assessment and instructional data, and partnering directly with school and district leaders throughout the year. Collaboration and oversight of strategies for maximizing team utilization, optimizing scheduling, and promoting healthy collaboration with internal partners are additional functions of the role. The Senior Manager of PL will build capacity in Associate Managers and assist in supporting the onboarding and growth of Managers in conjunction with Regional PL Leadership. In addition, this position works closely with sales, partner success, and other Curriculum Associates professionals to ensure strong implementations while supporting the team.
