This position is responsible for assisting in controlling expenses, ensuring compliance with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements, interpreting and enforcing company policies, and maintaining a non-union program. The role involves determining manpower needs, preparing and maintaining accurate records, and effectively solving problems with sound follow-up. The Senior Manager will collaborate with department heads to achieve production quality, yield, and metric goals while upholding labor standards and product quality. Key responsibilities also include inspecting and maintaining high standards in housekeeping, safety, sanitation, security, and food safety. The position requires managing, evaluating, and training production supervisors, overseeing all designated shift operations, and fulfilling any other duties assigned by the plant manager. This role is also responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.
