Position Summary Aetna Technology is transforming how healthcare is delivered, supported, and experienced — and we're looking for a strategic product-oriented leader to help us share that story with the world. As Senior Manager, Product – Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations, you will sit at the intersection of technology, brand, and communication. You will develop a deep understanding of Aetna Technology's product and solutions portfolio and translate that knowledge into compelling narratives that resonate with both internal and external audiences. From external tech product narrative campaigns to internal technology showcases and colleague engagement, you will be the driving force behind how Aetna Technology communicates its innovation, culture, and impact.". This role requires equal parts analytical rigor and creative vision — someone who can deeply understand complex technology products and make them meaningful, inspiring, and relevant to any audience, from frontline colleagues to C-suite leaders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product marketing, technology strategy, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication or brand strategies, including internal colleague engagement and external marketing
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across technology, communications, marketing, HR and executive teams
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within or closely alongside technology organizations, with a solid understanding of how technology products and platforms are built and delivered
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare technology, health insurance, or a similarly complex regulated industry
  • Familiarity with AI, agentic AI, cloud, or digital health technology trends and the ability to articulate their business value
  • Experience supporting or leading employer brand, innovation brand, or technology brand initiatives that connect innovation to member and business impact
  • Background in workforce communications, change management, or colleague experience programs
  • Prior experience in a Strategy & Operations function within a large technology organization
  • Experience working with or alongside product management teams using Agile or similar delivery frameworks
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered
