Responsible for leading product strategy and management for Universal Kids Resort (UKR) through exploring, identifying, and evaluating market and customer-based growth, process, and development opportunities. Develop strategic models to evaluate opportunities and to determine optimal resource allocation. Collaboratively develops and leads to execution of marketing plans designed to appeal to target audiences, engage them, induce trial and compel repeat visitation as loyal guests. Supports hotel occupancy strategies, corporate and group sales alignment, partnerships with convention bureaus, and integration of hospitality trends into UKR's roadmaps. By balancing family-focused leisure experiences with group and convention opportunities, this position ensures UKR remains competitive as both a resort destination and regional theme park. Provides key partnership and influence throughout Universal Destinations and Experiences Marketing & Sales to help ensure market and customer insights are leveraged to build and execute targeted sales and marketing plans against business objectives.
