The Product Platforms Architect plays a pivotal role in driving the evolution of product platforms that enable American Express Card Product Management. This position is responsible for developing and executing solutions that align with enterprise objectives, optimize operational processes, and reinforce effective business controls. The role requires strategic and technical acumen, connecting platform transformation to broader organizational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate across key enterprise partners-including Control Management, the General Counsel's Office (GCO), 2nd Line Compliance, Technologies, and the GDC Product Owner-to ensure seamless delivery of platform improvements that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
