About the Team The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Senior Manager of Product Management for Horizontal MarTech, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This highly collaborative position involves defining horizontal strategies that move the business and customer forward, creating repeatable best practices that all of Bank martech can adopt, and being a central hub for the martech program. The individual will lead a team of product and project managers, working closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, and leaders to connect the strategic and programmatic dots across martech . Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience in marketing or degree in marketing
  • Time spent utilizing project management tools and developing project management best practices
  • Expertise in program management
  • Deep understanding of use case gathering, analysis and prioritization methodologies
