Position Description: Implements process improvements within Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments (Agile). Accelerates overall team performance, efficiency, and value delivered according to data metrics and system design requirements using technical project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Mural, and MS Teams). Removes system impediments and accelerating value delivery by leveraging the Agile framework and its corresponding Scrum practices -- daily stand up, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Leverages software artifacts to describe the function, design, and architecture of products. Advises and mentors teams and individuals across various functions on Agile values, practices, and processes (Kanban).
