What you'll do... Position: Senior Manager, Product Management Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Duties: Provide subject matter expertise in ecommerce search digital product. Define the overall measures of product success and leverage understanding of product analytics. Conduct complex product analyses and employ advanced analytical solutions to maximize product impacts. Lead the product discovery process for large, complex projects to assess product features and specifications that will solve complex business issues across multiple markets. Manage vendor relations for co-developed product features. Understand customer segmentation and behavior on Walmart’s website and identity customer needs. Use deep technology, business, and site search domain expertise to own and define the long-term vision and strategy for ecommerce products. Design end-to-end product solutions, write product requirements and design documents, and manage a prioritized product backlog. Analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) and associated investments. Assess the technical feasibility and complexity and the potential business lift. Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Supervise two (2) employees (2 Staff Product Manager(s)). Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, Information Management, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, Information Management, or related area and 9 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management. Salary Range: $179,421/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
