About the Team Our Card Site plays a critical role in our acquisition funnel and decisioning. The Card’s Site Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will define the strategy and deliver the capabilities to maintain the core site platform, deliver critical personalization investments across full customer journey, and lead the horizontal working team of acquisitions stakeholders contributing new experiences to the Site. As part of the this role, you’ll be responsible for: Owning the Card Site platform - the front door for customers shopping and applying for C1 credit cards Defining the strategy to invest in our real time data infrastructure for deeper personalization Leading & defining the working model for front end teams at Capital One to deliver experiences through our Site Platform in a well-managed way Capital One Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
