About the Team The Card Onboarding team cultivates lasting customer relationships through positive early interactions with new credit card customers. This Senior Manager role will lead a team of product managers delivering digital onboarding experiences across the mobile app and Capital One website. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be the primary lead for Discover Onboarding experiences, owning the strategy for future conversion waves and incremental enhancements for Frontbook, and owning the stakeholder relationships.
