Senior Manager, Product Management (Atmospheric Solutions) Job Description The Atmospheric Solutions Product Management Organization is responsible for defining and executing product strategy at Brooks for our targeted market growth vectors. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring profitable market share growth by delivering products and roadmaps that drive customer value. At Brooks we relentlessly partner with our customers to understand and provide high value solutions for both immediate and future needs. The Product Manager reports to the Product Line Senior Director, Atmospheric Solutions. The Product Strategy includes: Alignment with Brooks strategy, market sizing, customer segmentation, high value problem identification, prioritization, product roadmaps and product life cycle planning (Cost Reduction, E&O, EOL). WHAT YOU'LL DO: As Product Manager for Marathon LEAP SX Sorter, you will be responsible for our next- generation sorter targeted at wafer, panels, and tape frames. Marathon LEAP SX Sorter is part of the highly successful Marathon LEAP AX EFEM platform. Marathon LEAP SX Sorter already has evaluation and firm order footprints in multiple Tier 1 customer fabs for both Front End and Advanced Packaging applications. The ideal candidate will successfully grow these footprints and incorporate lessons learned to replicate value selling success at new customers. Execute strategy within a matrixed organization of sales, applications engineering, engineering, and manufacturing; developing business plans, marketing strategy, pricing, and product positioning that sustains innovative differentiation amongst our competitors’ products. Travel and face-to-face meetings with our customers is a required aspect of this position. Our customer focused core behavior is essential for understanding customer needs for existing and future products. Successful Product Managers maintain a working knowledge of technical aspects of the product and a solid financial understanding of the overall cost contributor components. This symbiotic knowledge is essential to optimize future CIP (customer improvement projects), value engineering cost savings (cost vs. capability) and overall cost reductions.
