As part of Walmart Connect’s Measurement Product team, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management – Ad Measurement to help build best-in-class omni-channel measurement products and platforms that deliver campaign measurement at scale. This role will lead the effort in building platforms that measure the effectiveness of ad-campaigns in driving customer awareness, brand recall, product consideration and omni-channel conversion, ROAS, and incrementality. Leading a team of Product Managers and driving strategic planning, establish PM best practices, manage and mentor PMs, drive Cross-Functional alignment, and resolve large scale conflicts. Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks. Driving product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts. Working with Data Science, Engineering, and other Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs and UX for reporting dashboards. Partner with product marketing in conducting industry and competitive analyses to develop deep understand of emerging trends in advertising measurement that inform product roadmap Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
